Wellbeing Day (Desk Yoga, Mindfulness & Breathwork):

What it is: Holistic workplace wellness including desk yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, head and neck massage, and a fresh fruit platter. Focuses on stress management and physical tension release.

What it is: A dynamic, mobile movement and dance workshop that builds team collaboration, boosts energy, and builds trust across departments. Includes T-shirts, fruit platter, and sound equipment.

Monthly Subscription Model (Long-Term Impact):

  • £750 / Month: Includes 2 Yoga/Rhythm Reset sessions per quarter + 3 Paint & Donate workshops per year. Sponsors 1 community project for 12 months.

  • £1,500 / Month: Includes 4 Yoga/Rhythm Reset sessions per quarter + 4 Paint & Donate workshops per year + platform advertising. Sponsors 1 community project for 24 months.

How Your Business Claims Tax Relief

Supporting Sherwood Park Hall CIO is simple and tax-efficient. When your limited company makes a donation to us, you do not “claim back” the tax in the way an individual might. Instead, the process works through Corporation Tax deduction:

  1. Deduct the Donation: Your company deducts the full value of the donation from its total business profits before calculating Corporation Tax.

  2. Lower Your Bill: Because your taxable profit is now lower, the amount of Corporation Tax your business pays is reduced.

  3. Record Keeping: Simply keep a record of your donation (your bank statement or our “Thank You” receipt) and include the amount in the “Charitable Donations” section of your Company Tax Return (form CT600).
