This is A comprehensive 12‑week practical programme designed to give care leavers the ultimate toolkit for modern adulthood, supporting young people who are preparing to leave care or have recently left care.
The programme equips young people with essential life‑skills to master the daily essentials of managing a home—from cooking nutritious meals on a budget, to tackling everyday DIY repairs—this program provides the collaborative environment and mentor support young people need to thrive in work and life, bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world independence.
