The Essential Package

What Does This Package Include

  • Venue Hire 4 Hours of private hall use 
  • Seating & Layout Flexible seating arrangements for up to 50 guests, focused on conversation areas.
  • Refreshments Continuous service of Tea, Coffee, and Iced Water. Catering Focus Simple selection of Biscuits and Light Tray Bakes.
  • Ambiance Soft, ambient lighting and the use of the PA system for quiet background music (client-provided).
  • StaffingDiscreet on-site coordinator to manage refreshments and facilities.

The Classic Package

Venue Hire 4 Hours of private hall use.

Seating & Layout Flexible seating for up to 80 guests, including high-top tables for standing guests.

Refreshments Continuous Tea, Coffee, Iced Water, plus Sparkling Elderflower and Juice Selection.

Catering FocusThe Finger Buffet: Selection of high-quality savoury sandwiches, crisps, and seasonal fruit platters.

Ambiance Soft lighting, personalised photo display area (client supplies photos), and a simple white floral centrepiece for the main table.

StaffingDedicated staff managing buffet service, beverage replenishment, and cleanup.

The Premier Package

What Does This Package Include

Venue Hire 5 Hours of dedicated hall use.

Seating & Layout Full use of the hall and kitchen, with a dedicated area for quiet reflection away from the main seating.

Refreshments Continuous premium Tea, Coffee, Juices, and a Full Mocktail/Soft Drink Station.

Catering Focus Hot & Cold Buffet: Includes the finger buffet selection plus one hot dish (e.g., Mini Quiches, Sausage Rolls, or Hot Soup).

Ambiance Full use of the Projector and Screen for a photo/video montage. Personalised décor colour scheme (e.g., the deceased’s favourite colour used in napkins/accents).

Staffing Enhanced staffing level, including a coordinator dedicated to meeting the family’s needs throughout the reception.
