These prices are estimates for a full package (Venue Hire + Décor + Staffing + Coordination) based on current UK market rates for the London/South East area, assuming an average of 60-80 guests. Choose from Elegant Simplicity, Rustic Romance, The Enchanted Forest Wedding and The Starry Night Wedding!

IMPORTANT: These estimated prices DO NOT INCLUDE CATERING OR FOOD COSTS (other than the tea/scones/toast in Option 1, which are minor). You can add your preferred BBQ catering package or source external catering on top of this package price.

Elegant Simplicity

What Does This Package Include

  • Venue Use 5 Hours (e.g., 4 PM – 9 PM for the reception)
  • Décor & Styling Elegant Simplicity: White linen tablecloths and napkins, simple floral centrepieces (e.g., single flower stems in glass jars), and battery-operated pillar candles.
  • Atmosphere Use of the PA system for background music and speeches.
  • Catering Focus Afternoon Tea Service: Tiered stands of sandwiches, scones, and small cakes.
  • Beverages Tea, coffee, and a Bubbly Toast Package (one glass of Prosecco or high-quality non-alcoholic sparkling per guest).
  • Venue Feature Use of the Kitchenette for tea/coffee prep and cooling drinks.
  • StaffingOn-site venue coordinator for setup/tear-down management.

What Does This Package Include

  • Venue Use6 Hours (e.g., 4 PM – 10 PM)
  • Décor & Styling Rustic Charm: Burlap or hessian table runners, simple fairy light canopy over the main area, wooden chalkboards for signage, and wood slice centrepiece bases.
  • Atmosphere Projector and Screen Use for a photo montage or background visuals.
  • Wooden Bar for client to fill with own drinks 
  • Venue Feature Creation of a dedicated “Photo Corner” with a simple backdrop (e.g., string lights).
  • Staffing On-site coordinator, plus 1-2 servers included for buffet assistance.

What Does This Package Include

  • Venue Use 6.5 Hours (e.g., 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
  • Décor & Styling Woodland Magic: Extensive use of faux ivy, trailing vines, and moss runners draped across ceiling beams and tables. Centrepieces featuring hurricane lanterns surrounded by moss and woodland flowers.
  • AtmosphereWarm, Golden Lighting: Floor-standing warm LED uplighters to wash walls in soft green/gold light. Heavy use of twinkle lights/fairy lights draped behind the head table or backdrop.
  • Catering FocusRustic Plated Dinner: A simple, elegant two-course plated dinner (e.g., roast chicken with seasonal veg). Emphasizes quality ingredients over buffet complexity.
  • BeveragesSignature non-alcoholic ‘Forest Berry’ Punch station included upon arrival. Option for clients to bring their own wine/bubbly (corkage fee applies).

The Starry Night Wedding

What Does This Package Include

  • Venue Use6.5 Hours (e.g., 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
  • Décor & Styling The Starry Sky: Extensive use of connectable, warm white fairy lights draped across the ceiling and walls to create a canopy effect. Soft, sheer white or navy blue fabric draping interspersed with the lights to diffuse the glow (essential for a magical look).
  • AtmosphereCelestial Accents: Silver and gold star-shaped cutouts/garlands hung strategically where lights are draped. Use of blue or purple LED uplighters to wash the walls, mimicking the deep night sky.
  • Centerpieces Floating Luminaries: Simple glass vases or jars filled with water and floating battery-operated candles and small silver confetti stars.
