The Cost for Classes
£ 8 /Per Class

1. Salsa (The Social Beat)

  • What it is: A lively, improvisational dance originating from Cuba and Puerto Rico.
  • What you’ll gain: Basic steps, rhythm, and partner-work techniques. It’s a high-energy, feel-good session perfect for boosting mood and social connection.

2. Tap (The Rhythmic Footwork)

  • What it is: A percussive dance characterized by rhythmic sounds created by small metal plates on the dancer’s shoes.
  • What you’ll gain: An understanding of musicality and rhythm. These sessions are a fun brain-teaser and a great way to improve coordination and balance.

3. Belly Dancing (The Fluid Art)

  • What it is: An ancient, expressive dance form emphasizing fluid movements of the torso, hips, and isolation of body parts.
  • What you’ll gain: Core strength, body awareness, and a sense of powerful, graceful movement. All genders are welcome to discover this beautiful art form.

4. Contemporary (The Expressive Flow)

  • What it is: A genre blending elements of ballet, modern, and jazz dance, focusing on natural movement, emotional expression, and storytelling.
