The Authentic Jerk Experience

What Does This Package Include

  • 1. Signature Jerk Chicken: Whole bone-in chicken pieces (thighs and legs) marinated for 24 hours in a house-blended authentic Jerk marinade.
  • 2. Premium Jerk Lamb: Tender diced lamb shoulder marinated and grilled to perfection.
  • 3. Classic Jerk Pork:Pork shoulder or belly pieces, richly marinated and cooked until succulent.
  • Vegetarian/VeganGrilled Jerk Tofu & Vegetable Skewers: Firm tofu cubes marinated in a milder, smokey Jerk sauce, grilled with bell peppers, red onion, and courgette. 
  • Signature Sides (Choose 3)
  • 1. Rice and Peas: Creamy rice cooked in coconut milk with kidney beans, flavored with thyme and scallions.
  • 2. Festival: Sweet, lightly fried dough dumplings (similar to sweet fried bread).A popular, light accompaniment.
  • 3. Classic Coleslaw: Shredded cabbage and carrot in a light, slightly tangy dressing.
  • 4. Grilled Plantain: Sweet, caramelised plantain slices, fried or grilled until golden brown.
